Rubs

A rub provides meat, poultry and fish with flavor. Rubs can be simple (salt & pepper) or more exotic like our Cajun or Lemongrass & Garlic rub.

Rubs are best when they are applied at least 30 minutes prior to roasting or barbequing.

All of our rubs are packaged in resealable zip lock bags to preserve freshness.

Northgate Pub Spice Rub

Cajun Spice Rub

Medium spice - loads of flavor! Recommended for chicken, pork or fish.
