Wherever possible, we try to find local suppliers for our recipes. This ensures that you are getting the freshest ingredients.

Many of our ingredients are purchased fresh and prepared in our kitchen. For those items that we cannot prepare ourselves, we carefully select our suppliers.

We are located in the Niagara region, at the heart of Ontario's greenbelt. We have incorporated local flavours with foreign inspiration to present a variety of products.
